What is coaching?
It's a modern, high-speed way to feel better. It offers concrete skills to manage your mind and your emotions more effectively. It helps you see what's going on in your brain. and it helps you improve your relationships.
How do I schedule?

Who needs a life coach?
Everybody can benefit from a coach. It can be particularly helpful for people who are feeling discouraged, frustrated, overwhelmed, or who need help with a particular challenge or relationship.
Coaching vs. therapy?
Coaching is for anyone who is in a rough patch, feels stuck, wants to improve their life, their relationships, or improve their confidence, or sense of purpose!
Therapy is best if you have a moderate or severe mental health diagnosis, you need to address significant trauma, or you feel any suicidal ideation.
Coaching can also be a great addition to medication or therapy.
How does it work?
All coaching is done through Zoom—a video conferencing platform. The only requirements are an internet connection and a device.
All you need to do to prepare is relax. I've got you. Just come with your most challenging problems. Together we'll find tools, perspectives and answers.
How much does it cost?
The first session is free. This gives you a chance to experience it and see if it feels like a good fit.
There is no obligation to continue–I love being able to talk to women all over the world and offer the amazing tools that have helped me.
If you decide to do more coaching after the initial appointment, I recommend you sign up for a 6-week or 12-week package as it can take some time to see shifts in your mindset and behavior and you'll save money purchasing a package. Prices are listed on the scheduling page.
