How do I schedule?

Who needs a life coach?

Everybody needs a coach. It can be particularly helpful for people who are feeling discouraged, frustrated, or who need help with a particular challenge or relationship.

Coaching vs. therapy?

Coaching is focused on the present and the future. Therapy is based on the past.

Therapy is for people who have specific diagnosis. Coaching is for anyone who is in a rough patch or just wants to improve their life, their relationships or how they feel.

People with mild or situational depression or anxiety often find these tools to be effective in feeling better because it helps re-wire the way the brain thinks. Coaching can be a great addition to medication or therapy for anyone with more severe depression or anxiety.

Coaching is also shorter and faster than therapy. It usually requires just a few sessions to have a huge shift.

How does it work?

All coaching is done through Zoom—a video conferencing platform. All you need is an internet connection and a phone or computer. All you need to do to prepare is relax. I've got you. Just come with your most challenging problems. Together we'll find tools, perspectives and answers.

How much does it cost?

The first session is always free. There is no obligation to continue–I love being able to talk to women all over the world and offer the amazing tools that have helped me. You may be surprised how much your perspective can shift in just 50 minutes.
If you decide to do more coaching after the initial appointment, I recommend you sign up for a 6-week or 12-week package. Prices are listed on the scheduling page.
